Each Metal Earth model is laser etched in meticulous detail on 11 cm (4.33") metal sheets. Pop out the pieces by hand (or use wire cutters to get especially crisp lines), bend the tabs using needle-nose pliers, and fit them together as shown in the simple pictorial instructions. For maximum dramatic effect, display your model on the LED Display Base or the Solar Spinner (sold separately, see the Related Products below).
AT-ST is a challenging Metal Earth model with more than 80 pieces on two sheets of metal. The two-legged AT-ST is known as the "scout walker." Assembled, the AT-ST measures 3.5" x 2" x 1.75".
Please note that Metal Earth models have sharp edges and are not suitable for small children. Metal Earth was originally called MetalWorks.

The two-legged AT-ST (All Terrain Scout Transport, usually called a scout walker or chicken walker) was designed for reconnaissance and patroling. It often appears with its deadlier four-legged AT-AT walkers, where the ST is used for flanking and mop-up operations. Several fought at the Battle of Hoth, and they were notoriously defeated by Ewok traps at the Battle of Endor. Their chin-mounted laser cannons made them a better anti-personnel fighter than the big, heavy AT-ATs.
