Each Metal Earth model is laser etched in meticulous detail on 11 cm (4.33") metal sheets. Pop out the pieces by hand (or use wire cutters to get especially crisp lines), bend the tabs using needle-nose pliers, and fit them together as shown in the simple pictorial instructions. For maximum dramatic effect, display your model on the LED Display Base or the Solar Spinner (sold separately, see the Related Products below).
The Klingon Vor'cha Battle Cruiser is an intermediate-difficulty Metal Earth model comprised of 33 pieces on two sheets of metal. This heavily-armed starship is from Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Please note that Metal Earth models have sharp edges and are not suitable for children under 14.

All of their ships reflect the Klingons' warrior history. The formidable Vor'cha's design is reminiscent of the old Bird of Prey with its forward module, long neck, and large secondary hull, while its warp nacelles reflect the technology exchange and collaboration from their alliance with the Federation. With a crew of 1,900 and a length of half a kilometer, the Vor'cha carries 18 disruptor cannons, three photon torpedo launchers, and one particularly powerful disruptor beam -- not to mention its famous cloaking device.
Klingon vessels aren't as bright and spacious and comfortable on the inside as their Federation counterparts; the Klingon utilitarian emphasis is as cramped and functional as an old submarine. Klingon ships are designated "IKS" for Imperial Klingon Starship.
