Even Kids with Chicken Pox Love Hot Dogs
You'll relish your music so much more with a pair of hot dogs stuck in your ears. They're compatible with iPods, iPhones (before version 7), and any other device that uses a standard 3.5 mm jack (which includes just about every cell phone on the market, smart or not).
Are you curious...?
What has a sausage on a bun got to do with dogs? The people of Frankfurt, Germany, served pork sausages on long buns as early as the 13th century, so we know where "frankfurters" comes from. Vienna, Austria, had a beef and pork sausage called a Wien (after Vienna's German name), so "wiener" is no mystery. People were calling sausages "dogs" by 1884 after some producers were accused of using dog meat (which was common in 19th century Germany). The phrase "hot dog" first appears in print in 1892, so the name was in use by then...but nobody really knows who coined the term.
